Strengths

Accelerates well and hard to tackle. Good route runner with good hands. Seperates well from the line of scrimmage. Has a long wingspan. Has pro-bowl potential as a return specialist.

Weaknesses

Tore both his ACL and MCL in October. Might not be more than a 3rd WR and returner. Questions about if he will be ready to play in 2009. More quick than he is fast.

Final Verdict

Could possibly start as a returner from Day 1. Needs to prove to teams that he is healthy. If he never was injured could of been a solid 2nd round selection.
